The intimus 14.87 boasts a large feed table complete with an integrated conveyor belt, guaranteeing a smooth, secure, and efficient loading experience. It incorporates automatic start-stop-restart functionality and an automatic reverse motion control system to manage paper overload seamlessly. With its wide 440 mm input tray, this shredder enables quick, convenient, and secure loading, effortlessly shredding CDs, crumpled paper, and credit cards in a single operation. Additionally, it simultaneously shreds and compacts the material into bales.

For bale retrieval, a push-button control is available, and the compaction process starts automatically. An indicator for “Bale complete” interrupts the cutting process, while double strapping ensures bale stability. The reduced device width of 80 cm enables it to fit through most standard doors. There is an option for manual feeding directly into the baler. The intimus 14.87 model can be optionally equipped with an automatic oiler.

Featuring a robust feeding conveyor belt, a clear and intuitive control panel, and a low noise level of 61 dB(A), it operates at security level P-3 with a shredding speed of 300 mm/s.
